Identity verification for remote online notarization, and review of the documents themselves, happens directly with you at the time of the appointment or through the notarization platform used for that appointment — not through this website's contact forms.

Information submitted through our forms is used to:

• Schedule, confirm, and prepare for notary appointments
• Contact you by phone, text, or email about a request you submitted
• Maintain basic business records of appointments and inquiries

Form submissions on this site are sent to our appointment and scheduling system so that requests can be reviewed and confirmed. That system is used solely to operate our own scheduling and communications with you — it is not a third-party marketing service.

We do not knowingly share the information you submit with third parties except as needed to complete the appointment you requested (for example, coordinating with a title company, lender, or attorney's office if you submitted your request on their behalf), or as required by law.

Data retention

We retain appointment and inquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, scheduling, and recordkeeping purposes consistent with Pennsylvania notary practice, and then delete or archive them.

Your choices

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the contact information we hold about you by emailing mrnotarysigning@gmail.com. If you no longer want to receive follow-up calls, texts, or emails about a request you submitted, let us know and we will stop.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults seeking notary and signing services. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
