What ID is required for a notary appointment?

Each signer should have acceptable government-issued photo identification available at the appointment. If you are unsure whether an ID will work, call or text before scheduling.

Do all signers need to be present?

Yes. Every person whose signature is being notarized must personally appear before the notary, be properly identified, and be willing to sign.

Do you travel to homes, offices, hospitals, and nursing homes?

Yes. Mobile appointments may be scheduled at homes, offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, care settings, real estate offices, and agreed public locations when available.

Can you notarize at a hospital or nursing home?

Mobile visits can be requested at hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and similar care settings. The signer must be alert, willing, and able to communicate directly with the notary.

Can you notarize vehicle titles?

Vehicle title signature notarization can be requested by appointment. Plates, registration, title transfer processing, and PennDOT tag agent services are not provided.

Remote online notarization can be requested for eligible documents and signers. Confirm that the receiving party will accept a remotely notarized document before scheduling.

What documents can you notarize?

Common requests include powers of attorney, affidavits, authorization forms, medical documents, real estate documents, business documents, estate-related documents, vehicle title signatures, and travel consent forms. The document must be ready for the required notarial act.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
